Customer Outreach Specialist Location:

Syracuse NY Full-Time, Immediate Hire On-site and in-person only No relocation assistance Looking for a role that gets you out in the field, talking to people, and building real career skills, not sitting behind a desk all day? We're hiring Customer Outreach Specialists to join a growing team at Syracuse Events. This is a hands-on, face-to-face role focused on customer interaction, live events, and promotional campaigns. No experience needed. Full training is provided.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Engaging with customers face-to-face at retail events and promotional tables Representing well-known brands in live, in-person environments Supporting outreach and marketing campaigns in the field Building communication, confidence, and people skills Working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
