We personally take care of every customer from the first conversation all the way through a fast, high-quality installation. Generate your own leads (door knocking, local events, booths, networking, creative marketing, etc.) Some company leads will be provided Design systems using OpenSolar, build proposals, and present them to customers Handle consultations, quoting, and guide customers through the full sales process Maintain strong attention to detail and honest communicationWhat We're Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience — we want someone experienced who can handle the full sales process We are looking for a true sales professional, not just a closer or an appointment setter. You must have the capability to generate leads, consult with customers, design systems, and close deals. Natural at building trust and communicating honestly with customers Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and personal responsibility Valid California driver's license and dependable transportationWhat We Offer:
