• Full-time Epic Roof Replacement is expanding into the Modesto, Stockton & Sacramento areas and hiring experienced Roofing Estimators.

We've built a modern roofing sales system that removes friction for both the client and the Estimator. Homeowners receive real, transparent pricing using satellite technology—no long in-home presentations, no drawn-out sales process. This allows our team to focus on what actually matters: accuracy, client experience, and closing. If you have experience in residential roofing sales and are looking for a better system, stronger support, and higher earning potential, this is a strong opportunity.

Compensation:

Uncapped commission. Top performers earn $150,000+ per year.

Responsibilities:

Handle 5-10 inbound leads daily (no cold calling) Use satellite tools to measure roofs and generate accurate proposals Follow up with leads and schedule on-site inspections Conduct inspections, bring samples, and finalize details Guide clients through decisions with clear, honest communication Manage your pipeline and maintain consistent follow-up

Requirements:

Proven experience in residential roofing sales (required) Strong communication and client management skills Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Comfortable using CRM systems and estimating tools Valid driver's license and ability to run on-site appointments
