ENTRY-LEVEL OPPORTUNITY

No Sales Experience? No Problem. We'll Train You. Are you competitive, motivated, outgoing, and ready to build a career with serious earning potential ? EcoView Windows & Doors is looking for motivated individuals to join our 90-Day Sales Development Program . This is an entry-level opportunity designed to develop you into a full-time Sales Representative . You don't need years of sales experience. You don't need an existing book of business. You don't need to know everything about windows and doors. We'll teach you the business. What we need from you is work ethic, coachability, determination, and the desire to win.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You'll begin your career with EcoView by learning how to generate qualified appointments and work directly with homeowners. Over your first 90 days, you'll receive hands-on training in: Lead generation Customer engagement Appointment setting Product knowledge Sales communication Objection handling In-home sales Presentation skills Closing techniques Follow-up and customer service As you develop your skills and demonstrate consistent performance, you'll transition into a Full Sales Representative position. This position is designed to give motivated individuals a clear path into a high-income sales career.

EARNING POTENTIAL

$150,000-$300,000+ ANNUAL

POTENTIAL

Successful Sales Representatives have the opportunity to earn $125,000-$150,000+ annually based on individual performance. Your income is directly tied to your production. WHAT YOU'LL DO DURING TRAINING

During the 90-day development program, you will: Speak with homeowners in local neighborhoods. Introduce homeowners to EcoView Windows & Doors. Generate qualified appointments for experienced Sales Representatives. Learn how to identify customer needs. Develop professional communication skills. Learn the fundamentals of the sales process. Participate in daily training and coaching. Practice sales presentations and objection handling. Work alongside experienced sales professionals. Track your performance and progress. Prepare for your transition into a full Sales Representative role.

AFTER TRAINING

Once you successfully complete the program and meet the required performance standards, you'll transition into a Full Sales Representative position . As a Sales Representative, you will: Meet with homeowners in their homes. Conduct professional sales presentations. Identify customer needs. Recommend appropriate window and door solutions. Present pricing and financing options. Overcome objections. Close sales. Follow up with customers. Manage your sales pipeline. Work toward individual sales goals.
