In this field-based role, you will meet with existing residential customers whose service agreements are approaching expiration and assist them in selecting a renewal plan that best fits their needs. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people, are self-motivated, and want to earn uncapped commission while building valuable sales and communication skills. No prior industry experience is required—we provide comprehensive, paid training and ongoing support. Responsibilities Recommend solutions based on each customer's needs. Build trust and maintain a professional, customer-first experience. Complete and submit accurate customer information. Meet individual performance goals while maintaining high-quality customer interactions. Skills Excellent verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong time management and organizational skills. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Previous sales, customer service, or canvassing experience is a plus, but not required.
