Skyline Growth Group is expanding its Energy Solutions customer engagement team and is looking for motivated individuals to join us as an Entry Level Business Representative. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new skills, and building a professional career in sales and customer service. As an Entry Level Business Representative, you will represent Energy Solutions in a professional, customer-focused environment. You'll speak with customers, learn about their needs, explain available energy solutions, and provide a positive experience from the first conversation through enrollment. What You'll Do as an Entry Level Business Representative Engage directly with customers and provide professional customer service throughout each interaction Support sales conversations by identifying customer needs and presenting relevant energy solutions Build strong communication skills through daily customer interactions and team coaching Explain energy products, available options, benefits, and service programs clearly and accurately Assist customers with the enrollment process while maintaining a positive experience Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development What We're Looking For in an Entry Level Business Representative Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, dependable, and comfortable speaking with new people Motivated to learn and develop professionally Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required Ability to work in a team-oriented, customer-facing environment Why Join Skyline Growth Group?
