Job Description
Data Center Energy Strategic Negotiator Share Data Center Energy Strategic Negotiator _corporate_fare_ Google _place_ Sunnyvale, CA, USA; Austin, TX, USA; +6 more; +5 more . Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 6 years of experience negotiating and structuring agreements or leading business development. + Experience with energy transaction structuring, US power markets (wholesale and retail), utility rates, renewable energy technologies, or power infrastructure project management. Preferred qualifications: + 8 years of experience in energy project development, utility procurement, or finance/consulting roles with similar responsibilities. + Experience with power transmission and distribution, telecommunications infrastructure, data center technology, electrical and cooling systems, or related technical areas. + Experience managing utility agreements, addressing energy-related issues, applying financial modeling and implementing clean energy initiatives. + Experience in indirect taxes, economic development policy, infrastructure development, agreement drafting, and presentation development, along with data center real estate markets.
