Join Incyte and help us Solve On. We are seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and patient-focused Immunology Therapeutic Specialist to join our growing Immunology team. This is an exciting opportunity to play an important role in bringing innovative therapies to healthcare professionals and the patients they serve. The Opportunity As an Immunology Therapeutic Specialist, you will be responsible for driving performance within your assigned territory by developing strong customer relationships, delivering clinically relevant product education, and executing a strategic territory business plan. You will work in a complex specialty environment, partnering with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders while collaborating closely with colleagues across Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, and other functions to help support appropriate patient access and education. What You'll Do Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to achieve or exceed performance goals. Build meaningful, trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and other key stakeholders. Educate customers on disease state, clinical data, product benefits, and appropriate use of Incyte therapies. Identify, prioritize, and engage key accounts and stakeholders across the territory. Maintain deep knowledge of the disease state, treatment landscape, competitive environment, and evolving treatment guidelines. Partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Services, and other internal stakeholders to support customers and patients. Effectively navigate patient access and reimbursement considerations within a complex specialty market. Operate with the highest level of integrity and ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and compliance guidelines. What You Bring Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; life sciences or related field preferred. Proven success in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, specialty sales experience or related pharmaceutical/healthcare experience. Experience in dermatology, immunology, specialty biologics, or another complex specialty market is strongly preferred. Strong clinical acumen and the ability to understand and communicate complex scientific information. Demonstrated success in a complex selling environment within a matrixed organization. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to think strategically, adapt quickly, and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required. Preferred Experience Experience launching a new product or indication. Knowledge of patient access and reimbursement pathways. Experience with CRM and digital sales platforms such as Veeva or Salesforce. Experience engaging patient advocacy organizations. Advanced clinical degree such as PharmD, PA, or NP. Ability to interpret and communicate scientific data to clinical and non-clinical audiences.
