Nursing & Rehabilitation Salary:

Up to $120,000 per year We are seeking an experienced Nursing Home Hospital Marketer who already has established relationships with hospitals and referral sources throughout the Waterbury and Southport/Fairfield County markets. This is NOT an entry-level marketing position. If you do not already have an established network of hospital case managers, discharge planners, social workers, and referral coordinators in this market, please do not apply. Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, physicians, and referral sources. Generate Medicare and managed care admissions for our skilled nursing facilities. Represent Southport Center and Waterbury Center professionally in hospitals every day. Conduct daily hospital visits and maintain a strong referral pipeline. Develop new referral relationships while strengthening existing ones. Work closely with Admissions and Clinical teams to ensure smooth patient transitions. Requirements Minimum 3 years of skilled nursing facility (SNF) hospital marketing/business development experience

REQUIRED.

You must currently have, or have recently had, established relationships within hospitals in the Waterbury and Fairfield County markets. Similar roles emphasize proven hospital referral relationships and SNF admissions experience. (Indeed) Demonstrated success increasing admissions and building referral networks. Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Managed Care, and post-acute placement. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Reliable transportation and willingness to spend the majority of your day in hospitals.

You have never worked in Nursing Home Marketing. You are a Social Worker looking to transition into marketing. You currently work in another field without an established hospital referral network. You do not have direct Skilled Nursing Facility marketing or hospital liaison experience. We are looking for a proven producer—not someone we need to train from the ground up. Compensation:

Up to $120,000 annually, based on experience and proven results, with additional performance incentives available.

Pay:

$105,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
