Job Description

None Required Manage and develop a contact list of 100 people in ourCRM Responsibilities:
- Must meet promptly at 8:30am on a Zoom call every Monday-Friday. Video and Audio on. Engaged and prepared. Monday meetings are to discuss strategy for the upcoming week, positivity, upcoming events, and last about one hour. The Tuesday-Friday meetings are about 2 minutes per person where they discuss who they are going to see for the day.
- Must visit at least six medical providers each day. This includes chiropractors, MRI centers, orthopedic doctors, pain management doctors, urgent care centers, EMC doctors, and other medical providers who regularly bill PIP insurance. This is a minimum requirement; team members are encouraged to visit more.
- Must attend at least two networking events per quarter
- Must host at least one networking event per quarter
- Must enter notes in Salesforce after leaving medical provider's office
- Must train everyday on our sales training platform by watching 2 videos and maintaining a pass rate of 80%
- There are no "admin" days or days spent working in the office; your "office" is the road and your phone. You will be expected to be on the road meeting with contacts five days a week unless there is an in-person team meeting.
