As our clinic continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Surgical Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities Conduct consultations with prospective patients , understanding their goals and determining surgical candidacy Present and promote our surgical and non-surgical services based on individual needs and surgeon recommendations Guide patients through the scheduling and preparation process , ensuring a smooth and supportive journey Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after consultations Work efficiently and professionally in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure a seamless experience for every patient Requirements Driven, self-motivated individual with strong sales skills 2+ years of sales experience preferred Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Bilingual (Spanish & English) — Prefferedd Experience in cosmetic surgery, aesthetics, or medical sales is a plus Why Join Us? $14/hour base pay + high commission potential Supportive, positive, and professional team environment Be part of a respected brand with a large and loyal patient base Help patients achieve life-changing transformations Schedule Monday to Friday Weekends as needed On-site position
