Outside Sales Representative--Medical Offices

Job Description

Experience:
Mid Level Salary:
$70,000 - $120,000 per year Job Details - You will be a pivotal part of our sales team selling our services into medical facilities, responsible for the entire sales process including driving growth and revenue by identifying, nurturing, and qualifying leads. You will be the initial point of contact for potential clients, and your role will be critical in building customer relationships. Your primary focus will be to generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:
Identify key decision-makers in target organizations and reach out to generate interest in our products and services. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs. Drive lead generation efforts and conversion rates through the sales funnel. Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their business needs and position our products as a solution. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to design and execute pre-agreed strategies built around developing new business. Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps. Understand and overcome potential clients' objections, providing solutions that align with their business needs. Develop strong, ongoing client relationships that build loyalty and trust. Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, either selling products or services into the medical industry (doctors offices, hospitals, nursing homes, etc) Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, and negotiation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential clients. Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Proficient in managing the sales pipeline using CRM systems. Adept at conducting market research and competitive analysis. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
