AS A CLINICAL MARKETING LIAISON, YOU WILL
? Build and grow trusted relationships with physicians, case managers, hospitals, and community healthcare partners ? Educate referral sources on the value of Ernest Health's specialized inpatient rehabilitation programs and outcomes-focused care ? Use your clinical knowledge to identify appropriate patients, support timely referrals, and help remove barriers to admission ? Be the bridge between acute care and recovery helping patients access the right level of care at the right time ?
