This field‑based, road‑warrior position requires extensive travel across the state to build strong partnerships, drive census, and promote specialized post‑acute ventilator and respiratory services. About CCH Healthcare CCH Healthcare is a multi‑state operator of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers, including specialty ventilator and long‑term care units. The organization is mission‑driven, treating residents and staff like family while offering services such as skilled nursing, short‑term rehab, ventilator care, memory care, hospice, respite, and secured units. Key Responsibilities (Kentucky Focus) Serve as the primary liaison between assigned Kentucky hospitals, LTACs, and CCH facilities, with a strong focus on marketing our facilities for ventilator and respiratory patients. Build and maintain strong referral relationships with case managers, social workers, physicians, and discharge planners to increase vent and respiratory admissions into CCH centers statewide. Market CCH Healthcare through regular in‑person rounding, meetings, in‑services, and follow‑up calls at hospitals and LTACs across Kentucky, consistently identifying new respiratory referral opportunities. Review referrals, collaborate with clinical and admissions teams to ensure appropriate placement for vent and respiratory patients, and coordinate smooth transitions from hospital or LTAC to CCH Ohio Facilities. Track referral trends, competitor activity, and market changes; provide feedback and reports to leadership to support growth strategies and census goals for Ohio respiratory programs. Ideal Person for the Role The ideal candidate is a true road warrior, comfortable with extensive statewide travel across Kentucky with occasional meetings in southern Ohio from time to time. This person enjoys building fast, durable relationships in hospital and LTAC settings, is passionate about ventilator and respiratory care, and is motivated by achieving census and growth targets. Qualifications (Respiratory Emphasis) Previous experience as a hospital liaison, clinical liaison, marketing liaison, or healthcare sales representative in skilled nursing, rehab, home health, hospice, LTAC, or respiratory programs preferred. Understanding of hospital/LTAC discharge planning, skilled nursing admissions, ventilator and respiratory patient needs, and common payor sources such as Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care. Proven ability to build relationships quickly, communicate clearly with interdisciplinary teams, and follow through on referrals and leads. Strong organizational, time‑management, and presentation skills. RT and Nurse background preferred; clinical background (RN, LPN, respiratory therapist, or similar) is highly valued but not required with strong post‑acute ventilator/respiratory marketing experience.
