25% commission on personal sales About the Position We're looking for an outgoing, motivated Sales Representative to join our medical supply company at our Mall of Louisiana kiosk. You'll engage with shoppers, demonstrate pain-relief and muscle-stimulation devices, and help customers choose products that fit their needs. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, starting conversations, and working toward sales goals. Responsibilities Proactively greet shoppers and invite them to learn about our products. Understand customer needs and explain relevant product features. Conduct hands-on demonstrations following company training and product safety instructions. Explain product use, pricing, and purchasing options clearly. Answer questions, address concerns, and close sales professionally. Meet individual sales goals and contribute to the kiosk's overall performance. Process payments accurately and provide helpful customer service. Represent the company professionally and communicate product benefits accurately. Qualifications Friendly, confident personality with strong communication skills. Comfortable approaching shoppers and demonstrating products in a busy mall environment. Motivated by commission-based earnings and sales goals. Dependable, punctual, and receptive to training and feedback. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Retail, direct sales, product demonstration, or customer service experience preferred But not required. Medical device sales experience is a plus; a medical background is not required.
