In this role, you will actively promote our hospice programs by building strong relationships with healthcare providers, patients, and families. Your energetic approach will help ensure that individuals in need receive the highest quality of end-of-life care, while also expanding awareness of our services. Your leadership in community outreach and your expertise in medical sales will drive growth and foster trust within your territory. Responsibilities Develop and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, nursing homes, and community organizations to promote hospice services. Conduct engaging product demonstrations and informational sessions to educate hospice care options. Manage designated territory by identifying new referral sources and nurturing existing client relationships to meet or exceed sales goals. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans and ensure seamless service delivery. Lead negotiations with healthcare partners to facilitate admissions and service agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving concerns effectively, and maintaining ongoing communication with clients and referral sources. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, medical/healthcare product sales with a focus on pharmaceutical or medical equipment. Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to close deals confidently while building long-term customer relationships. Excellent communication skills for conducting product demos, presentations, and client consultations. Demonstrated leadership in managing territory growth, meeting sales targets, and guiding team efforts when applicable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint). Deep understanding of scientific/medical terminology related to hospice care or medical equipment technical sales expertise. Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple accounts, scheduling meetings, and coordinating outreach activities effectively.
