Pay:

$18-$20 per hour PLUS bonuses for every new client who signs on or referral that becomes a client! Part-Time Position Maryland & Northern Virginia Job Responsibilities Build relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, senior communities, and healthcare professionals. Generate new client referrals and promote our homecare services. Conduct community outreach, networking, and marketing visits. Follow up with potential clients and referral partners. Help grow our agency's presence throughout Maryland and Northern Virginia. Qualifications Previous homecare, healthcare marketing, or sales experience preferred. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, dependable, and professional. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally. Conduct engaging product demos for healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals to showcase features and benefits. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through regular communication, personalized service, and tailored solutions. Manage a designated territory by identifying new business opportunities, scheduling meetings, and maintaining a robust pipeline. Negotiate contracts and pricing terms effectively to meet sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical sales support, ensuring clients understand product specifications and usage. Track sales activities using CRM systems, analyze market trends, and prepare detailed reports to inform strategic decisions. Skills Proven experience in scientific or medical equipment technical sales, pharmaceutical or medical device sales preferred. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Excellent account management abilities with a focus on customer relationship building. Demonstrated success in B2B (business-to-business) sales and outside field sales roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems for managing client data and sales activities. Exceptional communication skills to effectively present product demos and negotiate terms. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts, meetings, and territory logistics efficiently. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, forecast sales trends, and meet or exceed sales goals.
