In this role, you will connect with prospective patients, educate them on our services, identify their goals, and guide them toward the solutions that best fit their needs. This is a fast-paced, relationship-driven position ideal for someone who is confident in sales, passionate about health and wellness, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities Engage with leads, prospective patients, and walk-in clients in a professional and welcoming manner Build relationships and help clients understand 2REJUV's wellness, weight loss, hormone optimization, and recovery services Identify patient goals and recommend appropriate service options based on their needs Convert inquiries into booked consultations, memberships, and treatment plans Follow up consistently with leads and existing clients to improve retention and sales performance Support in-clinic promotions, events, partnerships, and outreach efforts in the Novi market Maintain accurate notes, lead tracking, and sales activity within the CRM Work closely with providers and team members to ensure a smooth and high-quality patient experience Help present the clinic in a polished, organized, and professional way at all times Contribute to monthly sales goals, growth initiatives, and overall brand success Skills and Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales experience with the ability to build trust and close confidently Professional, polished, and customer-focused demeanor Comfortable discussing wellness, health optimization, and elective services with clients Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up habits Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic and sales environment Experience with CRM systems, lead management, and client follow-up is a plus Passion for fitness, health, wellness, aesthetics, or performance-based services is strongly preferred Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Local networking and community outreach experience is a plus Why Join 2REJUV Novi?
