Growing Miracle Ear Franchise in search of Dynamic, Motivated Sales Representatives No Hearing Industry Experience Required - We Will Train The Right Salesperson! Heavy patient interaction through hearing testing, hearing aid fitting and counseling. Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and patient satisfaction. Miracle Ear of Louisiana is looking for someone who embodies the qualities of a top notch sales representative; this includes consultative sales skills by the use of probing, listening empathetically and ultimately offering the right solution for the consumer. Excellent follow up is a must! Communicate the company's value to current and prospective patients Establishes, develops and maintains relationships with current and prospective patients and shows enthusiasm and demonstrates the benefits of better hearing Provide excellent service while anticipating patient needs, problem solving and negotiating. Patient care is our passion and utmost concern Be able to work seamlessly with executive leadership, managers, marketing, accounting and logistics to ensure that sales efforts are coordinated in the most effective and ethical manner Technical ability is a must as audiometric equipment is used for hearing testing and computers are used for programming hearing aids. 2+ years of sales experience either in an inside or outside role, ability to travel on occasion, proficiency in closing a customer during the first meeting creating a sense of urgency to get hearing help and the ability to motivate and meet quotas. 60 completed college credits
