Experience Required:
  • Minimum of 1 year Optical experience is required.
  • Valid Drivers License.
  • Qualified and successful candidates will be responsible for promoting, selling and securing orders from new and existing customers through a relationship sale approach.
Salary:
Commisions and expense package.

Great customer service skills enjoys working with people Ability to close deals Management skills (territory management of appointments and presentations) Prospecting skills Negotiation skills Self confidence Motivation sales skills knowledge of excel and outlook This is an outside sales B2B position. Experience in Sales is required. A valid driver's license is mandatory as well as access to a vehicle. Cold calling is a requirement. Develop and maintain strong relationships with optical retailers, eye care professionals, and other B2B clients to expand product reach and sales opportunities Conduct engaging product demos to showcase features, benefits, and technical specifications of multiple optical frame lines Negotiate sales agreements, pricing terms, and contract details to secure mutually beneficial partnerships Manage accounts proactively by providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly Present detailed product information using Microsoft PowerPoint and other tools to educate clients on new collections and innovations Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities and improve product positioning Lead outside sales efforts through strategic planning, organized outreach, and follow-up to meet or exceed sales targets Experience Proven track record in B2B sales within the optical industry. Demonstrated success in product demonstrations and technical sales environments involving complex or specialized products Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships Experience managing accounts independently with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse audiences and delivering compelling presentations Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for reporting and analysis purposes Previous outside sales experience with a focus on customer service in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable Knowledge of optical frames or medical sales is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Join us as an
