- Support Account Managers in managing relationships with employer groups, brokers, and other key stakeholders.
- Serve as a primary resource for customer and broker inquiries regarding health plan benefits, eligibility, enrollment, billing, and operational processes.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including Customer Service, Billing, Product, Enrollment, Claims, and Operations, to research and resolve customer issues.
- Assist in preparing for and participating in client meetings, broker meetings, and open enrollment sessions, either virtually or in person.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners to ensure timely communication and issue resolution.
- Track customer questions, requests, and service issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up and documentation.
- Support implementation activities for new and existing employer groups, including coordination of communications and operational readiness.
- Educate customers and brokers on plan offerings, benefits, programs, and available resources.
- Assist in the development and delivery of client-facing materials, presentations, and communications.
- Monitor customer trends and recurring issues, escalating concerns, and recommending process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to support client retention efforts and promote overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of MGB Health Plan products, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to provide accurate information and guidance.
