Sales / Medicare Services Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and licensed Medicare Sales Representative to handle inbound calls from individuals seeking Medicare plan information and enrollment assistance . The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about Medicare products, highly customer-focused, and skilled at guiding callers through plan options while ensuring compliance with all CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) regulations. This role focuses on consultative sales , helping beneficiaries understand their options and enroll in plans that best meet their healthcare and financial needs. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from prospective Medicare beneficiaries and existing clients. Educate callers on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement (Medigap), and Medicare Part D prescription drug plans . Conduct needs assessments to determine the most appropriate plan options for each caller. Guide eligible customers through the enrollment process over the phone . Ensure all interactions comply with CMS guidelines and company compliance policies . Accurately document calls, client information, and enrollments in the CRM system. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare products, carriers, and regulatory changes . Meet or exceed sales performance goals and quality assurance standards . Provide excellent customer service and build trust with Medicare beneficiaries. Participate in ongoing training and certifications as required. Required Qualifications Active Health Insurance License (required; resident or non-resident depending on state). AHIP certification (or willingness to obtain prior to selling season). Previous Medicare sales experience preferred . Experience working in a call center or phone-based sales environment . Strong understanding of Medicare Advantage, Part D, and Supplement plans . Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills . Ability to explain complex healthcare information in a clear and simple way . Comfortable working with CRM systems and computer-based enrollment tools . Preferred Qualifications 1-3+ years of Medicare sales experience . Experience with multiple Medicare carriers .
