Role Responsibilities:
Maintain and grow existing client relationships. Generate new sales opportunities through referrals, networking, and prospecting. Conduct virtual and on-site presentations with employers to demonstrate the value of Aflac. Educate employees on available benefits packages and support enrollment needs. Provide ongoing enrollment, claims, and service support. Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
Active health and/or life insurance license (required). Proven industry experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated and results-driven. Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a criminal background check. Authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship. Advantages of Working with
