The Senior Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic customer relationships, and executing commercial initiatives within an assigned territory. This role serves as a trusted partner to healthcare professionals, customers, and key stakeholders by delivering value-driven solutions, promoting products and services responsibly, and identifying opportunities to expand market presence. The Senior Sales Representative demonstrates strong business acumen, territory management expertise, customer engagement skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across functions to achieve business objectives. Essential Responsibilities Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve or exceed sales goals and performance objectives. Build and maintain productive relationships with healthcare professionals, customers, key accounts, and decision-makers. Deliver accurate, compliant, and customer-focused product and service information. Analyze territory trends, customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth. Utilize data, analytics, and reporting tools to guide territory strategy and resource allocation. Collaborate with Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Customer Service, and other internal teams to support customer needs. Execute field activities, customer engagements, educational programs, and promotional initiatives in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sales activities, expenses, customer interactions, and required reports. Manage company-provided assets responsibly. Demonstrate leadership by mentoring newer representatives and sharing best practices across the sales organization. Represent the company professionally and ethically at all times. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree required and/or Advanced degree or relevant professional certifications preferred. Experience 5+ years of successful outside sales, healthcare sales, pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech, or related commercial experience. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales objectives. Experience managing territories and developing strategic customer relationships. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. Strong business and financial acumen. Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights. Proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory.
