We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and relationship-driven Community Liaison / Healthcare Sales Representative to help expand our referral network and community presence. Kindly note that this is NOT a desk job. Approximately 90% of this role is community-based and focused on building strong relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, social workers, physicians, case managers, and families. Position Summary The Community Liaison / Sales Representative will be responsible for generating referrals, developing referral partnerships, increasing community awareness, and helping families connect with quality home care services. The ideal candidate has previous experience in: Home care marketing Hospice sales Home health marketing Healthcare staffing sales Senior living outreach Medical or healthcare sales Existing relationships within the Tacoma / Seattle healthcare community are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong referral relationships throughout the Puget Sound region Conduct in-person visits with hospitals, rehab centers, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, discharge planners, and community partners Generate qualified client referrals and help grow census Represent Hearts United Homecare at networking events, health fairs, and community functions Educate referral sources and families about home care services and eligibility Collaborate with internal care coordination teams to ensure smooth client onboarding Track outreach activities, referrals, and follow-up communications Identify new business development opportunities within assigned territory Build trust with clients, families, and healthcare professionals Assist with in-home client signings and service consultations

QualificationsRequired:

Previous experience in healthcare marketing, homecare sales, hospice marketing, or healthcare community outreach Strong networking and relationship-building skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Comfortable with field marketing and in-person outreach Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the territory Self-motivated and able to work independently Professional, compassionate, and highly organized

Preferred:
