This exciting opportunity allows you to lead a team in a fast-paced and rewarding environment dedicated to promoting health and wellness.

GREAT PAY

This position offers a competitive salary range of $42,000 to $48,000 per year, with the potential to earn up to $55,000 with commission .

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR PERFORMANCE & MEMBERSHIP DIRECTOR

The typical schedule will be Monday - Friday with some weekends as needed. As the Performance & Membership Director, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the studio. From running sales reports to leading staff hiring and training, this position involves a diverse set of responsibilities aimed at driving membership, retention, and event planning. You will be tasked with exceeding revenue goals and new membership sales targets through strategic community outreach, lead generation, and member referrals. With the support of the franchise owner and the support team, you'll showcase exceptional leadership skills in all aspects of the business. Building strong relationships with prospective and current members is essential to cultivating a loyal community and ensuring member retention. The ideal candidate will excel in sales, marketing, and operations while embodying our mission to create vibrant communal experiences.

REQUIREMENTS

2+ years of fitness membership or similar recurring membership services sales experience 2 years of previous management experience Ability to generate personal sales and train team members on sales processes Ability to manage and grow four revenue streams, including memberships, package sales, retail, and fees Proficiency with computers, CRMs, POS, and other studio management software Fluency in English with excellent communication skills Affinity and passion for fitness Solid writing and grammar skills Ability to handle confidential information The ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and make sound decisions is essential for excelling in this position. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate a commitment to upholding high standards of professionalism.
