RESPONSIBILITIES OF A MEMBERSHIP ADVISOR

Deliver excellent customer service to all members, guests, and program participants Be the friendly face that each member, guest and program participant see's when first entering the branch Create positive lasting memories for each person with helpful responses to their needs This is not an exhaustive list of job duties. Other duties, responsibilities and activities may be assigned.

REQUIREMENTS TO BE A MEMBERSHIP ADVISOR

: Must enjoy interacting with others Minimum age of 17 1 - 2 years of sales or marketing experience preferred Must be available to work varying open shifts (i.e., mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays). A positive energetic attitude Possess a working knowledge of computers and office machines
