Member Relations Associate APEX Motor Club Ahwatukee, AZ Job Details Full-time $21 - $26 an hour 22 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Qualifications Self-direction Guest relations Microsoft Office Calendar management Time management Full Job Description the Role Overview The Member Relations Associate is a highly visible, member-facing role responsible for delivering a polished, welcoming, and well-orchestrated experience at Apex Motor Club. This position serves as a key hub for hospitality and operations, supporting member access, clubhouse operations, events, and daily facility presentation, while upholding the club's safety, exclusivity, and privacy. The Member Relations Associate is often the first and last point of contact for members, guests, and partners, and plays a vital role in shaping the overall Apex experience. Key Responsibilities Member Hospitality & Concierge Services Serve as the first point of contact for all members, prospective members, guests, sponsors, partners, and vendors Support onboarding of all new members, including, but not limited to: APEX member app profile creation and overview of the app with the member upon the first member visit Club Management system profile creation with accurate contact, family and billing information Provide all members with a tutorial of the Member Portal Provide members with club policies and processes Ensure all member paperwork is properly stored in the club management system and backed up to server Work with the Track Activity Supervisor for Academy scheduling if needed Serve as a welcoming and knowledgeable resource during the onboarding process Greet all arrivals with a friendly, professional, and positive demeanor Capture prospective members' and guests' information Send prospective member information to Club Hospitality and Membership Experience Professional and Club Leadership Team via email. Answer the Apex Motor Club corporate phone line promptly and professionally Log all inbound calls accurately in the CRM system, including notes, inquiries, and required follow-ups Announce arrivals to the appropriate staff and direct individuals to their next destination on the property. Introduce Security personnel if an escort or access to a private garage is required Events coordination assistance - track attendees, lunches, paperwork, etc. Private Events or Group Events - Assist the Club Hospitality and Membership Experience Professional with third parties to ensure a smooth, fun event Serve as the main point of contact for member billing questions, account inquiries, and general concerns Process billing in the club management system as directed Assist members with navigating the member app and member portal Coordinate with Operations Management and Finance on billing-related follow-ups or escalations Maintain member accounts to be in good standing Run accounts receivable reports to determine outstanding balances Actively reach out to members with outstanding balances Ensure member accounts are accurate and up to date in the club management system Contact information Billing information Update the Apex member app with current and accurate information, including: Track layouts and configurations Track closures and maintenance updates Open lapping days and schedules Club events and special programming Coordinate updates with Track Operations, Club Hospitality, Membership Experience Professional, and Club Operations team Open and close the Driver's Lounge daily, including: Ensuring heating or air conditioning is operational Order, display, and manage: Snacks and grab-and-go items Beverages and refrigeration Coffee station supplies Utensils, napkins, and condiments Club cleaning and operations supplies Organize and maintain all storage areas within the Driver's Lounge and adjacent storage container Outdoor furniture Place cushions on furniture before 9am Pull cushions from furniture at the end of the day Ensure the clubhouse remains clean and guest-ready throughout the day Serve as the check-in for all event attendees and guests Ensure all event participants have signed the required waivers Ensure all guests have completed proper paperwork and insurance requirements Ensure all guests, events, and tours are added to the APEX Track Time Appointments calendar for company-wide awareness Coordinate with Track Operations, Membership, and Hospitality team leads as needed Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the property and amenities during events Uniform & Grooming Standards • Must adhere to Apex Motor Club uniform standards at all times • Grooming must be neat, professional, and appropriate for a luxury private club environment Work areas must be kept clean, organized, and visually presentable at all times

$21.00 - $26.00 per hour
