Job Description

The Rental Office & Fitness Club Assistant will provide sales and administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and be a valuable member of the company team.

Responsibilities include:

Handling rental inquiries, qualifying applicants, and converting them to tenants. Coordinate online advertising and responding to inquiries. Serve as a liaison between owner, team members, tenants and fitness club members. Handling fitness club inquiries for new memberships and member issues. Other tasks as assigned.

Skills:

Must be familiar with working with sales software, preferably rental Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel Ability to manage business activity and appointment calendar Familiarity with AppFolio software and Paramount software a plus, but not required. Similar program knowledge also considered. Salary will depend upon experience and other qualifications.
