A Membership Sales Representative recruits and sells new memberships for organizations that rely on membership fees as a primary source of income, including industry and trade associations, service organizations, non-profit organizations and private clubs. May work within a specific territory for recruiting memberships.

Job Description Pay Range:
$15.70 - $19.62 / hour Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Welcome, greet, and interact with all members, prospective members, and guests Provide membership information and facilitate tours Complete daily cleaning tasks and ensure gym presentation is always extraordinarily clean Membership sign-ups, answering phones, point-of-sale transactions, and addressing member concerns Assist with billing issues and disputes and escalate to leadership when needed Regularly review and complete all training materials and updates in the Learning Management System (LMS) Maintain knowledge and assist members with all amenities, membership offerings, fitness programs, and equipment functions Make and serve smoothies, if applicable, ensuring they meet customer specifications and maintaining quality standards Attend and participate in regularly scheduled team meetings

Qualifications :
Required CPR, First Aid, AED Training, and Food Handler Certification (if applicable) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in person and over the phone Excellent team-based communication with the capacity to receive and deliver feedback Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills Physical requirements: Able to read, write, and speak clearly in English Touring the gym: walking and climbing stairs Bending, kneeling, and repetitive arm movement Standing for long periods Computer operations Ability to lift at least 50lbs Preferred High school graduate or GED Customer Service experience Bilingual in
