Job Description:

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales/Member Representative to join our team. As a Sales/Member Representative at Systems Training Center, you will play a key role in welcoming new members to our gym and helping them embark on their fitness and martial arts journey. Your passion for martial arts and fitness, coupled with your strong work ethic, will enable you to excel in this dynamic role.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist prospective members, providing them with information about our gym's programs and offerings. Conduct facility tours and explain the benefits of our martial arts and fitness programs. Build and maintain relationships with current members to ensure a positive gym experience. Handle membership inquiries, sign-ups, and membership renewals. Assist in organizing and promoting gym events and activities. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to implement effective marketing strategies. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Provide excellent customer service to enhance member satisfaction. Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Passion for martial arts and fitness. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Energetic and outgoing personality. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus. Knowledge of martial arts or fitness training is a bonus but not required.
