This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, marketing, and helping others get started on their fitness journey. You'll work in a fast-paced, positive environment with opportunities to earn additional income through membership sales and performance bonuses. Key Responsibilities Provide friendly, professional customer service to members and guests Assist prospective members with membership options, pricing, and enrollment Follow up with leads and individuals interested in joining Conduct local marketing and community outreach Participate in outside marketing to generate awareness and new leads Build relationships with surrounding businesses through business-to-business marketing Help maintain a welcoming and professional club environment Support membership promotions, events, and daily sales goals Assist current members with basic membership questions and account needs Work as part of a team to help the club reach membership and customer-service goals What We're Looking For Positive and professional attitude Strong communication and people skills Comfortable speaking with new people Motivated and goal-oriented Customer service or sales experience is helpful, but not required Willingness to learn and develop marketing and sales skills Reliable and able to work a full-time schedule

Pay:

$17.25 - $21.00 per hour
