You will serve as the core link between the clinical and administrative teams, ensuring the Doctor's operational standards are executed flawlessly. The ideal candidate is a strong, authoritative leader who holds the team accountable to high standards, while remaining highly responsive, adaptable, and fully aligned with the Doctor's direct requests and vision. Key Responsibilities Partner closely with the primary Doctor to manage daily operations, executing clinical and administrative directives promptly and accurately. Direct, train, and enforce office policies among the front and back-office staff with clear, decisive leadership. Maintain a hands-on approach to daily operations, actively participating in front desk duties such as patient recall calls, schedule confirmations, and routine reminders. Oversee optimal patient flow, resolving any scheduling bottlenecks and ensuring exceptional patient care. Present treatment plans, manage case acceptances, and handle patient financial communications effectively.
