KidStrong Laguna Niguel is looking for an energetic, dependable Coach & Membership Specialist who is passionate about helping kids grow and enjoys connecting with families. This hybrid position combines coaching KidStrong classes with supporting our front lobby, helping prospective families learn about our program and delivering an outstanding member experience. We will provide training in both coaching and membership sales. What Is KidStrong? KidStrong is a child-development program that helps parents build strong, confident, high-character kids through structured 45-minute classes for children ages 12 months through 11 years. Our curriculum combines physical activity, character development and important life skills in a fun, fast-paced environment. Every class helps children develop confidence, teamwork, communication, perseverance, problem-solving and emotional regulation. At KidStrong, we help kids win at life! What You'll Do Coaching Lead fun, structured 45-minute classes for children ages 12 months through 11 years Help kids become stronger, more confident and better prepared for life Encourage children to try new things, overcome challenges and celebrate their progress Teach skills such as teamwork, communication and perseverance Demonstrate activities while keeping students engaged and moving Create a safe, positive and encouraging environment Work alongside another coach to deliver an outstanding class experience Communicate professionally with parents about their child's progress Assist with camps and birthday parties when available Membership and Lobby Support Welcome families and create a friendly, organized lobby experience Build relationships with current and prospective members Learn about each family's goals and explain how KidStrong can help Help prospective families schedule and prepare for trial classes Explain membership options and help families enroll Follow up with prospective members by phone and text Assist members with scheduling, account questions and general support Help maintain a clean, professional and welcoming center What We're Looking For Experience working with children through coaching, teaching, camps, childcare or youth programs Friendly, outgoing and comfortable speaking with parents Naturally curious and able to learn about a family's needs Confident discussing programs, pricing and membership options Energetic and comfortable leading groups Dependable and able to arrive prepared and on time Positive attitude and strong communication skills Organized and able to balance coaching with lobby responsibilities Athletic, coaching, fitness, customer-service or sales experience preferred CPR certification or willingness to obtain it Availability for evening and weekend shifts Schedule This position offers approximately 25-30 hours per week , including a combination of coaching and membership-support shifts.
