Orangetheory Fitness is a high energy boutique fitness studio offering science backed, heart rate based interval training. Workouts combine cardio, strength, and endurance and are led by certified coaches. Designed for all fitness levels, Orangetheory creates a supportive, community driven environment focused on real results and improved health. Pay $17, plus commissions and bonuses! Benefits Free Membership Paid Training Qualifications Must be attentive, outgoing, positive, friendly and engaging Must be able to muti-task Must have outstanding customer service skills Must be comfortable working early hours of the morning Must be able to work as a team with other Sales Associates and Trainers/Coaches Must be flexible and potentially willing to work weekends when needed/requested by your Studio Manager Must have basic computer skills, including working knowledge of Word and Excel Health and fitness minded applicants are preferred High school diploma is required Responsibilities Meet and exceed all sales goals and key performance sales indicators (membership sales, retail and concessions, renewals, workout traffic and attrition) Maintain accurate records using established Orangetheory Fitness sales systems Welcome members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly, positive environment in the Orangetheory Fitness studio Participate in minimum of 1-2 Orangetheory Fitness scheduled workouts per week Maintain an organized and clean lobby/front desk area Processing accurate cash and credit card transactions Follow up and follow through with all prospective clients Conduct proper on-boarding all new Orangetheory Fitness clients Work closely with Trainers/Coaches to ensure that members have first-class experience every time What We Are Looking For! A positive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills A sales driven mindset and a passion for achieving goals A genuine interest in fitness, wellness, and helping others succeed The ability to thrive in a fast paced, team oriented environment Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
