Full-time Position Purpose Provide customer service to Association Members and MetroList Services, Inc. users while supporting membership operations and retail functions. Job Overview We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Member Services Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our members, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and support. Your responsibilities will include responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all members. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service. Responsibilities Assist members via phone, in-person, and online. Process MetroList and SupraWeb applications, forms, and updates. Sell, program, and manage Supra products. Post and reconcile cash/check receipts. Maintain and update member accounts, including Code of Ethics compliance. Serve as backup host for New Member Orientation. Manage and track Supra lockbox inventory with MetroList. Support retail sales, inventory, and online store operations. Process orders, shipments, and maintain website updates. Ensure accurate merchandise deliveries and maintain records. Balance cash registers and submit financial reports. Maintain office supplies, breakroom inventory, and organization. Assist with affinity programs and retail marketing initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Experience in retail sales, customer service, and association operations. Proficiency in computerized accounting, invoicing, and inventory management. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Effective verbal and written communication. Proficiency in office software and equipment. Physical Requirements Effectively communicate in person, over the phone, and via email. Must be able to operate standard office equipment, including computers, printers, and POS systems Must be able to lift and move materials (up to 25 lbs.), stock merchandise, and assist with shipment handling. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, bend, lift, and perform repetitive motions.
