Our Experience Specialists are the heart of our studio. They create a welcoming environment for every rider, support daily studio operations, and help grow our community through membership and retail sales. The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, genuinely loves connecting with people, and is excited to grow alongside our studio.
Responsibilities:
Welcome riders and deliver an exceptional in-studio experience Build genuine relationships with current and prospective members Introduce new riders to the CycleBar experience Support membership and retail sales goals Respond to phone calls, emails, and member questions Assist with check-in, class preparation, and daily studio operations Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio
Qualifications:
Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills Genuine hospitality and a passion for helping people Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals Comfortable communicating in person, over the phone, and by email Able to learn and confidently use the ClubReady software system Proficient with computers and basic technology Dependable, organized, and able to remain calm in a fast-paced environment Fluent in English Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays If you are energetic, positive, fitness-minded, and ready to become part of a fun and supportive community, we would love to meet you!
