We are seeking a motivated, people-focused Membership Counselor to drive membership and personal training sales. This is not a passive front-desk role — this is a consultative sales position. The right candidate will conduct in-person strategy sessions with prospects, provide value-based fitness consultations, and confidently guide them toward the right membership or training solution.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-person membership consultations Convert leads through phone, text, and follow-up systems Manage and nurture incoming leads daily Hit and exceed monthly sales targets Assist with member check-ins and retention conversations Participate in community outreach and outside networking efforts Support marketing initiatives and gym events as needed
