Full-Time; Must be available to work evenings and weekends About The Paseo Club The Paseo Club is a premier health, fitness, tennis, pickleball, and social club dedicated to providing an exceptional member experience. We are looking for an energetic, personable, and results-driven Membership Experience Coordinator to join our team and help drive membership growth while creating a welcoming and engaging experience for both members and prospective members. This is a full-time membership sales position with a strong focus on business development, member retention, hospitality, relationship building, and achieving daily and monthly performance goals. Position Overview The Membership Experience Coordinator will be responsible for generating new membership opportunities, conducting tours, following up with prospective members, supporting member retention, and developing strong relationships throughout the club community. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator and natural relationship builder who understands that exceptional hospitality and successful sales go hand in hand. This individual should be highly organized, proactive, professional, and motivated by achieving measurable results. Key ResponsibilitiesMembership Sales & Business Development Generate new membership leads through proactive outreach, referrals, networking, events, and internal/external marketing efforts. Conduct engaging and personalized club tours for prospective members. Follow up consistently with leads, prospects, guests, and former members through phone calls, emails, texts, and in-person communication. Convert qualified prospects into new memberships by effectively communicating the value and benefits of The Paseo Club. Build and maintain a strong membership sales pipeline. Develop relationships with local businesses, organizations, schools, and community partners to generate new business opportunities. Participate in membership promotions, open houses, outreach campaigns, and community events. Member Retention & Engagement Build meaningful relationships with members and proactively identify opportunities to improve their club experience. Assist with member retention initiatives and re-engagement of inactive or at-risk members. Welcome and engage members throughout the club and ensure they feel valued and connected. Gather member feedback and communicate opportunities or concerns to management. Promote club programs, classes, events, amenities, and services that increase member engagement and overall satisfaction. Performance & KPI Management Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly membership sales KPIs. Track and manage leads, appointments, tours, follow-ups, conversions, and new memberships. Maintain accurate and timely notes and activity within the club's CRM and membership systems. Monitor individual performance and proactively adjust strategies to achieve sales goals. Participate in regular sales meetings, training, and performance reviews. Marketing & Club Events Support internal marketing initiatives designed to increase member engagement and membership growth. Assist with external marketing, local outreach, networking, and business-development activities. Collaborate with management and other departments to create compelling member and guest experiences. Professional Standards Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional presence at all times. Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills. Maintain confidentiality and handle member information appropriately. Follow all club policies, procedures, and professional standards. Work effectively with management and team members across all departments. Take ownership of responsibilities and follow through on commitments. Represent The Paseo Club brand positively both inside and outside the club. Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in membership sales, fitness sales, hospitality, customer service, business development, or a related field preferred. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong follow-up and lead-management abilities. Experience with internal and external marketing preferred. Comfortable making outbound calls, sending emails/texts, networking, and generating new business. Professional appearance and demeanor. Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented. Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-oriented club environment. Must be available to work a flexible full-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed . Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday. Ability to regularly move throughout the club and interact with members and guests. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds as needed for events, marketing materials, supplies, and club activities. Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
