IS NOT JUST A SUMMER JOB

Availability Evenings Monday-Thursday 3-8pm, Friday 1-6pm, and Saturday 9am-6pm. Not required for all days, but able to work these shifts. This is a sales position, not a front desk role. Mission of the Role Provide superior customer service while driving studio traffic, increasing the membership base, and retaining current members through proactive sales.

Compensation Base Pay :

$15.16 per hour Plus Commission on memberships and retail sales

Flexible scheduling and free studio access Key Responsibilities Sales & Retail Actively sell memberships and retail products, meet/exceed monthly sales goals, process billing, and follow up with leads via text, calls, and social media. Customer Service & Training Greet members, provide infrared sauna workout guidance, motivate clients, and ensure high-quality member experiences. Cleaning & Operations Perform daily studio cleaning, maintenance, and close procedures. Marketing & Prospecting Generate leads, promote guest passes, run studio events, and hit new member/guest targets. This is a sales-driven, customer-facing role with regular cleaning duties and strong earning potential through commissions. It is not a traditional front-desk/admin position.
