The Membership Director leads membership growth, retention, engagement, and Welcome Center operations at the Naik Family Branch located in Mystic, CT. This position provides leadership to the Membership team and helps ensure an exceptional experience for members, guests, and prospective members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred. Five or more years of experience in membership, sales, marketing, or a related area preferred. Demonstrated success in sales and revenue growth. Previous staff-supervision and leadership experience required. Strong interpersonal, customer-service, presentation, and communication skills. Excellent computer skills and proficiency with standard business software. Ability to develop professional relationships with members, staff, community partners, and local leaders.
