Job Description

Help People Build Healthier Lives Project LeanNation Middletown is looking for a Membership Success Coach to help prospective and current members achieve their health goals through consistent communication, accountability, and exceptional customer service. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, connecting with people, and helping others stay motivated on their wellness journey. You will serve as one of the primary points of contact for prospective members, leading consultations, conducting InBody assessments, following up with leads, and supporting our members long after they join. Primary ResponsibilitiesLead Management & Member Growth Follow up with prospective members through phone calls, text messages, and email. Conduct consultations and educate prospective members on Project LeanNation's programs and services. Guide prospective members through the enrollment process. Maintain consistent communication with leads using the CRM to ensure no opportunity is missed. Schedule appointments for consultations and InBody assessments. Track all interactions and maintain accurate CRM records. Member Success & Accountability Conduct regular member follow-up appointments. Celebrate member milestones and successes. Provide accountability and encouragement to help members stay committed to their goals. Recommend products and services that best support each member's nutrition journey. Build lasting relationships that improve retention and member satisfaction. Community Outreach Represent Project LeanNation at community events. Assist with local partnerships and networking opportunities. Help generate awareness and excitement throughout the Middletown community. Support founding member events and grand opening activities. Team Collaboration Work closely with the Store Lead to support daily operations. Assist members throughout the store as needed, including meal fulfillment, retail support, and shake bar operations. Contribute ideas that improve the member experience and support continued business growth. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking with people and takes pride in helping others succeed.
The ideal candidate:
Naturally builds relationships and trust. Enjoys sales through education rather than pressure. Communicates confidently both in person and over the phone. Is organized and follows through consistently. Enjoys working toward goals and KPIs. Is comfortable using technology and CRM systems. Brings a positive attitude and high energy every day. Preferred Experience Sales Customer Service Fitness or Wellness Community Outreach Retail Hospitality Standards for Success Respond to all new leads within 24 hours. Maintain consistent daily follow-up activity. Conduct consultations that educate and inspire prospective members. Support member retention through proactive accountability. Pay:
$15.00 - $19.50 per hour
