We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Greets members and assists with fitness center needs. Answers phones and member inquiries. Schedules training and other appointments. Performs minor custodial duties, such as wiping down fitness equipment. Performs opening and closing duties when needed. Professionally demonstrates knowledge of facilities and services offered at the club. Serves as a point of control to ensure that all those entering the facility are authorized to do so. Provides professional and courteous service to all inquiries, whether in person or by phone. Escorts any member or guest needing assistance whenever possible. Must possess familiarity with and understanding of fitness equipment. Must be member service-oriented and possess a professional manner. Interest in fitness required. Previous experience preferred. Ability to read and speak English is required in order to perform the duties of the job. Must have basic computer knowledge. CPR Certification preferred.
