This position requires a high level of energy, adaptability, and guest engagement, as Associates are responsible for creating a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests and owners. Key Responsibilities Facilitate and host both revenue-generating and non-revenue activities and events. Actively engage and socialize with guests throughout the property to enhance their experience. Serve as a reliable source of information and assistance for guests and owners. Ensure all activities are conducted in a safe, positive, and professional manner. Maintain compliance with company uniform and grooming standards at all times. Develop strong public speaking, microphone, and crowd management skills. Assist in promoting activities and encouraging guest participation across events. Qualifications & Skills Energetic, enthusiastic, and guest-focused attitude. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse age groups. Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional guest service. Professional Standards & Expectations Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times. Remain in full uniform with visible name tag throughout the entire shift. Arrive prepared and complete event setup at least 15 minutes prior to each activity. Keep workstations clean, organized, and presentable. Complete assigned tasks accurately and in a timely manner. Limit personal phone use while in guest-facing areas. Maintain respectful and professional communication with all team members and leadership. Adhere to company policies regarding breaks, conduct, and workplace behavior.
