Job Overview Boundless Martial Arts is seeking a confident, personable, and sales-driven Membership Sales & Customer Experience Specialist to join our Naples team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective members and families. You'll speak with new leads, learn what they're looking for, book introductory appointments and trial classes, conduct studio tours, present membership options, and follow up with prospects to help turn interest into long-term membership. This is not a traditional receptionist position . Sales and follow-up are a major part of the role, and you'll be expected to work toward established sales and conversion goals while providing an exceptional experience for our members and families. We're looking for someone who is comfortable on the phone, enjoys talking with people, can confidently discuss pricing and ask for the sale, follows established systems, and takes ownership of their results. Duties Responding quickly to new inquiries by phone, text, and email Making outbound calls and following up with prospective members Asking questions to understand each prospect's goals, needs, and concerns Booking prospective members for introductory appointments and trial classes Conducting studio tours and introductory appointments Presenting membership options and confidently asking for the sale Following up with prospects who don't enroll immediately Handling common questions and objections professionally Meeting individual and studio sales and conversion goals Following our established sales process and accurately documenting every interaction Processing memberships, payments, renewals, and retail purchases Providing excellent service to current members and families Maintaining an organized and professional front desk and lobby Working closely with instructors to provide an excellent first-class experience Participating in ongoing sales and team training Who We're Looking For You may be a strong fit if you: Have previous sales experience Are comfortable making outbound phone calls Enjoy speaking with new people and can confidently lead a conversation Are comfortable discussing pricing and asking someone to make a purchasing decision Are persistent with follow-up without being pushy Are comfortable being measured against sales and performance goals Are organized and consistently follow established processes Communicate clearly and professionally by phone, text, and email Take ownership when something needs to get done Are comfortable receiving coaching and practicing sales skills Have experience working with children and families Can work evenings and weekends Are comfortable using CRM, email, spreadsheets, and point-of-sale systems Requirements 18 years of age or older High school diploma or equivalent Previous sales experience preferred Customer service experience Ability to pass a background check Reliable transportation to our Naples location Availability for required evening and weekend shifts Fluent English communication skills — Required Bilingual English/Spanish — Preferred Compensation & Benefits Part-time position Competitive hourly pay $20/Hr Sales commission/bonuses for achieving performance goals Free Boundless Martial Arts membership Free summer camps for your children Free Boundless apparel and martial arts uniform Paid training Opportunities for additional professional development and outside training What Success Looks Like This is a performance-based role.
