We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manages membership prospecting and lead generation Creates a membership action plan and goals Manages membership cancellations, freezes, and changes of membership Ensures an upbeat and safe environment for the enjoyment of the membership and staff at all times Ensures compliance with club rules by members and staff Protects the confidentiality and privacy of the membership Supervises and provides regular training to pro shop attendants so that all pro shop operations run seamlessly Oversees and reviews POS reports daily to ensure transactions are properly entered and resolves any POS issues and questions Reconciles and makes weekly deposits following the deposit procedure Manages collections by following up on chargebacks, NSF charges, and nonmember charges on accounts Performs other duties as required
