Part-Time (Flexible Availability Required) Position Summary The YWCO is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team. This position serves as the first point of contact for members, guests, and program participants. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, provides exceptional customer service, and is comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability is required, and candidates should have flexibility to assist with occasional evening, holiday, and shift coverage as needed. Responsibilities Greet members, guests, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner Answer phones and assist with member inquiries Process memberships, program registrations, and payments Assist with facility check-ins and monitor front desk traffic Provide information about programs, events, and facility policies Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area Support daily operational and administrative tasks Communicate effectively with staff, members, and management Assist with opening and closing procedures as assigned Learn and utilize membership, scheduling, and communication software systems Excellent customer service and communication skills Positive attitude and professional demeanor Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software platforms, databases, and online systems Ability to troubleshoot basic technology issues and confidently navigate computer-based tasks Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous customer service, receptionist, retail, or front desk experience preferred but not required Schedule Requirements Must be available to work weekends as needed Flexible availability is strongly preferred Ability to assist with occasional shift coverage when available Benefits & Perks Complimentary YWCO membership Access to Aflac supplemental insurance benefits, including accident, hospital, dental, vision, and other voluntary coverage options Positive and supportive team environment Opportunities for professional growth and advancement What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, takes initiative, embraces technology, and can create a welcoming experience for every person who walks through our doors.
