Key Responsibilities Welcome members and guests with enthusiasm, creating a positive, engaging, and community-driven atmosphere from the moment they enter the club. Accurately operate point-of-sale (POS) systems for memberships, retail sales, lesson bookings, and other transactions. Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone by answering questions, resolving concerns, and assisting with scheduling or club inquiries. Support day-to-day club operations, ensuring a safe, organized, and professional environment for all members and guests. Monitor and uphold club policies, safety standards, and operational procedures during daily activities. Assist with promoting club programs, events, clinics, and memberships to help grow community engagement. Build strong relationships with members by fostering a welcoming and inclusive club culture. Qualifications Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently explain programs, products, and services while addressing customer questions. Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude. Professional phone etiquette and the ability to provide high-quality customer support remotely. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual skills are a plus and highly valued to support a diverse member community.
