We're hiring a Guest Experience & Membership Associate to run the floor, turn first-time guests into members through real conversation, and keep the good energy going all shift. No golf experience needed, the owner personally trains every new hire on TrackMan, our systems, and the membership pitch.

Schedule:

Weekday shifts start at 2pm, weekend shifts start at 10am. You must be available weekday evenings/nights, plus both Saturday and Sunday. Expect 16-24 hours a week.

Pay:

$16-18/hr base + tips + commission on memberships you sell

You'll:

Turn first-time guests into members through real conversation, not a hard sell Host guests solo across 3-4 TrackMan bays per shift Keep drinks (RTD) stocked and bays clean Open/close the shop and handle light inventory You need: An outgoing, easygoing personality: think confident but chill, not pushy Reliability. You're often the only person on-site Availability weekday evenings/nights, plus both Saturday and Sunday Nice to have (not required): golf knowledge, past sales/commission experience, solo-shift experience If you're the person your friends call when they need the party started, and you like the idea of getting paid to make people's day, we want to hear from you.
