This role is vital in ensuring a smooth start to the day by opening the gym, managing member check ints, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent time management skills, and possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Open the Gym On Time Each Day Operate POS systems for transactions such as day passes Greet Members as the enter the gym Provide Outstanding Customer Service Be proficent in our billing software and have an ability to answer member questions Maintain a clean workspace by following sanitation protocols Light Cleaning and Stocking Laundry Experience Previous experience in customer service or fitness is preferred Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Experience in retail sales transactions or cashiering operations is advantageous Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Customer service experience that highlights communication skills and a positive attitude Combine your own personal health, wellness and fitness values with great career opportunities at The MAC.
